Kit Details
Follow the instructions for sample collection that were included with the kit.
A video demonstrating the collection process can be found here.
Ensure that the small, clear DryPak envelope is labeled with the patient's full name and date of birth.
Once collection is complete, put the sealed DryPak envelope containing the two swabs into the provided
pre-labeled return envelope with the desiccant packet. Mail the return envelope to Kailos Genetics.
